Financial Options

Our fees are based on the quality of materials we use and our professional experience. We do not want to let the cost of a procedure prevent you from experiencing the quality of care you need or desire.

We have developed the following financial options:

• We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
• Outside financing through CareCredit and Citi Health Card.
• Please discuss any other financial options with our Office Administrator.

CareCredit and Citi Health Card

Care Credit and Citi Health Card are flexible patient/client payment program, specifically designed for healthcare expenses, that makes it easier for you to get the treatment or procedures you want and need. They are both ideal for co-payments, deductibles, treatment and procedures not covered by insurance, and can be used at many practices nationwide.

How can CareCredit or Citi Health Card help me get the treatment I want?
Both let you begin your treatment or procedure immediately then pay for it over time with low monthly payments that are easy to fit into your monthly budget.

What type of payment plans do they offer?
Both offer a full range of No Interest and Extended Payment Plans for treatment fees from $1 to over $25,000. Please note: All plans may not be available at all healthcare providers. To find out which plans are available in your provider's practice, be sure to speak with the Office Manager or Financial Coordinator.

With CareCredit and Citi Health Card, you pay no up-front costs, no pre-payment penalties and no fees. Plus, they are both revolving lines of credit which allow for additional treatment or add-on charges, without the need to re-apply.
